What is Ego?

Ego is really just our fear. It is an energy that holds us back and keeps us from being all that we can be, thinking that we are unworthy, that we are guilty. It clouds our vision so that we cannot see our own light and beauty, but it is really just within us - those doubts that have been put there by a world that tells us we are wrong or that we fall short. Fear is the opposite of love, so when ego makes us fearful, we cannot fully love or be loved.
