We begin this week joined by Sedna, Inuit Eskimo goddess of the sea, who tells me, "You are taken care of today, tomorrow and always." This beautiful goddess reminds us that the Universe is eternally abundant and always willing to give to us so long as the flow of abundance is open. You can keep the flow of abundance flowing strong through positive words, thoughts, affirmations and visualizations as well as through the daily practices of giving, sharing and gratitude.
As we move into the middle of the week, we are joined by White Tara, Hindu goddess and Divine Feminine face of Buddha. This gentle goddess brings the message that our spiritual work is paying off, as we are raising our spiritual vibration and growing at a rapid rate right now. However, one of the consequences - and gifts - of spiritual growth is increased sensitivity. This means that we may notice being more strongly affected by images we see on television, stories we read in newspapers or on the internet, by chemicals in our foods or in the environment around us, or even by the emotional states of other people we encounter in our day-to-day lives. She gives me the strong message that we need to be practicing daily habits of grounding, clearing and shielding in order to prevent ourselves from being overrun by these outside influences, which will slow our vibration and may leave us feeling ill, run down or depressed.
At the end of the week, White Tara is joined by Kuan Yin, the goddess of compassion. This goddess continues the advice of grounding and shielding, but also advises us to ask the Universe to give us only only kind and gentle life lessons and relationships. She reminds us to view others not with fear or anger, but with compassion and unconditional love. She also advises us to view ourselves in the same way. Release any perfectionistic tendencies and view yourself as a child of the Divine, a prefect spirit deserving of love and compassion, no matter what.

Monday, January 9th and Tuesday January 10th: Sedna ~ Infinite Supply
"You are supplied for today and all of your tomorrows."
"This is an abundant universe, filled with more than enough for everyone. Yet, the energy format of this planet is about polarities. In this instance, it's about giving and receiving. The key is to balance the two. If you only give, you'll feel drained, resentful and experience lack. If you only receive, you won't enjoy what you have. Balance comes from fearlessly giving as you're guided and then receiving with joy and gratitude. It's exactly like breathing: Both the inhale and the exhale are identically important. Practice giving and receiving daily and you'll never want for anything."

Wednesday, January 11th and Thursday, January 12th: White Tara ~ Sensitivity
"You are becoming increasingly sensitive. Avoid harsh relationships, environments, situations and chemicals."
"As you've purified your inner world of thoughts, actions and intentions, it's natural that you seek purity in your outer world as well. This is to acknowledge your heightened sensitivity, which is as real as it seems! You've stripped away the outer protective layers of unneeded defenses, which blocked your psychic and spiritual awareness. Now you're on the path to ascension, which calls for your heightened awareness. And with this awareness comes new levels of sensitivity to the impure and harsh. Your body is a trustworthy instrument of measurement of your tolerance level. Steer clear of that which your body signals you to avoid. Take excellent care of your body and it shall serve you well!"
