This week we are working with the "Archangel Raphael Oracle Cards" by Doreen Virtue, focusing on our physical, mental and emotional health.
We begin this week with the message of "Recovery." As I began working with this card, I heard the angels whisper the words, "Renewal of spirit..." into my mind, telling me that this card is about rediscovering our energy, vitality and passion to continue working toward our Divine life purpose. They tell me, "Even when you're doing work that you love and are passionate about, it is easy to become sidetracked, burnt out or worn down. Remember to take 'mental health' breaks along the way, making room for fun, play and excitement in your life. Taking short breaks will allow you to return to your work refreshed and ready to begin again!"
As we enter the middle of the week, this message of taking breaks in order to renew our spirits continues with the message "Stretch." The angels remind me that taking breaks to stretch and move your muscles throughout the day will help to releive stress and keep you more mentally focused. They tell me that now is an excellent time to persue gentle forms of exercise such as yoga. They say, "Even taking some time to breathe deeply and informally stretch your musceles will be of great benefit. If possible, get out in nature while you take your stretching break in order to receive the greatest benefit."
We end the week with "Detoxification." The angels tell me that as we grow spiritually we become more sensitive to toxins of all kinds. You may find that you become unable to tolerate harsh cleaning agents, chemical perfumes and dyes, violent television or movies, and all manner of toxic life situations from dead-end jobs to one-sided friendships. The angels say to honor your feelings. If you find that you cannot tolerate something in your life any more, get rid of it! This is your life and you make the rules!

Monday, June 18th and Tuesday June 19th: Recovery
This card comes as an assurance that the health or life situation you're inquiring about is going in a positive direction. Expect a miraculous recovery!
Possible Specific Meanings:
* It's time to get sober and enter a recovery program
* Hold positive thoughts about recovering from this situation
* Your life purpose involves sobriety recovery work
* "Recovery" can also mean finding something you thought you lost
* You will overcome a presently stressful situation and everything will be okay

Wednesday, June 20th and Thursday, June 21st: Stretch
Archangel Raphael is guiding you to stretch your body in gentle, feel-good postures such as yoga or Pilates. These and other stretching methods are wonderful for stress management and relaxation as well as for increasing your range of motion and limberness. Many people believe that yoga is a fountain of youth.
You received this card because Raphael wants to motivate you to stretch your muscles regularly and healthfully. He'll guide you to the best forms of exercise and match you with an appropriate professional, such as a yoga instructor or physical therapist.
Possible Specific Meanings:
* Stretch yourself emotionally beyond your comfort zone
* Take a relaxation break
* Attend a yoga camp
* Stretch yourself financially for a dreamed-about purchase as the Universe will support you in return
* Your life purpose involves teaching yoga

Friday, June 22nd to Sunday, June 24th: Detoxification
You drew this card because your body is highly sensitive to chemicals. Archangel Raphael is recommending a detoxification, which he will oversee and help you with. This detoxification could mean changing to an organic or natural diet that's devoid of preservatives, sugar and other cheimcals.
This card could also represent an avoidance of "recreational" substances such as alcohol, drugs, caffeine, sugar or nicotine. In some cases, the angels could be steering you away from environmental irritants at your home or workplace. The first chemical or substance that comes to mind is an indication of your detoxification guidance.
Finally, this card may be a message to detoxify by removing negative people or situations from your life, from friends who really aren't to dead-end jobs.
Possible Specific Meanings:
* Take a detoxifying sea salt bath
* Ask the angels to clear away negative energies
* Leave a toxic relationship or situation
* Detoxify your thoughts by becoming more positive and optimistic
